The Patidar Sagai and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by patidarsagai.com from time to time.
- On your visit or signing up at Patidar Sagai, you consciously accept the terms and conditions as set out herein below. In addition, when you use or visit any current or future Patidar Sagai service or any business affiliated with Patidar Sagai, whether or not included in the Patidar Sagai web site or mobile application, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Please read the various services provided by Patidar Sagai, before making any payment in respect of any service. The Users availing services from Patidar Sagai shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted, and agreed to the terms and conditions herein and this agreement shall govern the relationship between you and Patidar Sagai and all transactions or services by, with, or in connection with Patidar Sagai for all purposes, and shall be unconditionally binding between the parties without any reservation.
- All rights, privileges, obligations, and liabilities of you and/or Patidar Sagai with respect to any transactions or services by, with, or in connection with Patidar Sagai for all purposes shall be governed by this agreement.
- Patidar Sagai's team can use your profile and photo for marketing purposes. The terms and conditions may be changed and/or altered by Patidar Sagai from time to time at its sole discretion. Patidar Sagai shall act on the basis of the information that may be submitted by you, believing the same to be true and accurate even if the information is provided during the registration by your family, friends, relatives on your behalf under your express consent.
- We cannot guarantee and assume no responsibility for verifying the accuracy of the information provided by other users of the website. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose. Patidar Sagai is under no obligation to verify the accuracy or genuineness of the information submitted by you. The minimum age for registering in Patidar Sagai is 18 years for women and 21 years for men and the maximum age limit is 70 years.
- You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capability to enter into this agreement and that you are neither prohibited nor disabled by any law in force from entering into a contract.
- You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If at any time Patidar Sagai, in its sole discretion, is of the opinion or has any reason to believe that You are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Patidar Sagai hereby reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the services of Patidar Sagai without any refund of any monies paid to Patidar Sagai. After your paid account activation, your payment will not be return under any condition.
- Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on patidarsagai.com. patidarsagai.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles. The organization has the right to make changes in registration Fee or registration type without prior intimation.
- The registered profile will be first verified by our office then only it will be activated within 24 hours. For Paid members, contact details will be activated after 24 hours of Payment Approval. It is clarified that information written in the profile is filled in and last-updated by the candidate. Patidar Sagai is not responsible for any veracity of the information contained in the forms.
- The website is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and information for its Registered Users/Guests who have a bona fide intention to enter into it. The website may not be used for the purpose of Dating or a Friendship contact or live-in relationship or monitor the first or subsequent contacts, information, and/or interactions that may take place amongst/in between the Registered Users due to any information specification in the website.
- You hereby confirm that as of the date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls from patidarsagai.com and members of patidarsagai.com as long as you are a registered member of patidarsagai.com including SMS permission for authenticating mobile verification wand transactions via OTP, sent by the Payment Gateway. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you with or registration is done with the Do Not Disturb (DND Register)/ National Customer Preference Register (NCPR).
- You confirm that the Content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.
- You are strongly advised to submit a copy of your Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, or any other Government-issued identity and add a trust badge to your profile.
- It is necessary to give a registration number for any communication or transaction.
- You acknowledge that you cannot sue Patidar Sagai or any of its employees for any damage done to you through the site.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2008 and rules there under pertaining to electronic records as applicable and amended and hence does not require any physical or digital signature.
